Nike Air Griffey Max II - $140: Originally released in 1996, the Griffey Max II has a new, retro style reminiscent of the great look of the original. It's made with a synthetic leather upper, Max Air cushioning and rubber lug sole, for a total weight of 18.2 oz.

Reebok Zig Pulse II - $80 [currently on sale]: Reebok's most technically advanced running shoe to date, weighing 11.8 oz., the Zig Pulse II allows leg muscles to do less so you can do more. Its unique sole technology helps propel you forward, and its SmoothFit upper delivers comfort. DMX Shear adds vertical and horizontal cushioning, to reduce the stress of heel impact; forefoot flex grooves for pliability; and a multi-surface rubber outsole provides superior traction.

Nike Free Run + 2 - $90: This running shoe features a breathable mesh, multi-layer upper and offers a lightweight [9.4 oz.], second skin-like fit. Off-center lacing and a full innersleeve add plush comfort. Sculpted Phylite midsole/outsole provides lightweight support and cushioning, while deep sipes deliver flexibility for a barefoot-like ride. A BRS 1000 carbon rubber heel and environmentally-preferred rubber give the shoe durability, and a Waffle piston outsole enhances cushioning and response.

adidas ClimaCool Ride - $90: For contemporary cool, this running shoe reigns supreme. Its minimalist upper lets air flow from all angles, providing 360-degree cooling for the entire foot. adiPRENE maintains forefoot propulsion and efficiency; adiPRENE+ offers protection from harmful impact forces; and the adiWEAR outsole improves durability in high-wear areas. The shoe weighs 8.2 oz.

Nike Zoom Kobe VI - $130: This latest evolution of basketball footwear features a moldable upper with Flywire construction for a dynamic fit; an Achilles notch for greater comfort; a contoured, conforming sockliner that molds itself to your foot's specific shape; and tight heel construction for a slimmer profile collar package. The shoe's high density, full-length, injected Phylon midsole is specifically formulated for basketball. A lightweight Nike Zoom unit in the heel provides ultra-responsive cushioning, and a Black Mamba-inspired sole features a zonally engineered tread pattern and flex grooves for quick, precise cuts. All this in a package that weighs 10.2 oz.

Nike LeBron 8 PS - $150: This lightweight [14.2 oz.], high performance basketball shoe was designed to carry LeBron James through the rigors of the NBA Playoffs. A Hyperfuse upper—combining mesh, TPU and synthetics—represents the ultimate in breathability and durability. Full-length, lightweight Cushlon midsole and large-volume 180-degree Max Air in the heel provide optimal impact protection. The solid rubber outsole features a modified herringbone pattern.
