Joel Seedman

Dr. Joel Seedman is an exercise physiologist and owner of Advanced Human Performance. He earned his Ph.D. in Kinesiology from the University of Georgia (UGA). He has over 11 years of experience in strength coaching, education, nutritional counseling, and personal training; and he has had the privilege of working with a wide variety of clients, from professional athletes and bodybuilders to elderly individuals and adolescents. He has also worked with several sports and athletic events, including football, baseball, basketball, track & field, tennis, swimming & diving, soccer, hockey, volleyball, wrestling, golf and lacrosse. During his time at Indiana University, Dr. Seedman was a strength and conditioning coach for many IU athletic teams and sports, including coaching the football team to their only bowl game in the last 21 years. He was awarded Indiana University's Top Trainer Award in 2005 and UGA’s Trainer of the Year Award in 2012.
