Justin Ochoa is a strength coach, personal trainer and co-owner of PACE Fitness Academy in Indianapolis. A NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, Group Training Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist and TRX Level 1 Coach, he works with a wide variety of clients ranging from professional athletes to rehabilitation patients. Besides lifting heavy objects and stuffing his face with reheated chicken breasts, Ochoa enjoys spending his time with his wife, son and dog.
