Protein Pancakes

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 1/4 cup Raspberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Pureprotein vanilla cream)
  • 1 Tbsp ground Flaxseed
  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 cup egg beaters (you can use an egg)
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter (optional topping)

Instructions

  • Mash the banana in a bowl with the protein powder, flaxseed, almond milk, eggs, and a couple raspberries
  • Form a pancake on the stove
  • Add a Tbsp of peanut butter and the rest of the raspberries
  • Eat with a glass of milk or orange juice
