This weekend, STACK is attending the Ohio Association of Track and Cross Country Coaches Clinic outside Columbus. The three-day clinic, the largest of its kind in the United States, brings together nearly 1,500 track and cross country coaches from around the country.
Elite collegiate and high school coaches conduct seminars disseminating the latest information and methods in the field. Topics include Progressions for Coaching Discus, Sprint Starts, Med Ball Training, Mental Imagery and Rules Interpretation.
