The Pigeon Stretch is normally performed while on your back, but it can be done while seated, as well.

The Pigeon Stretch is normally performed while on your back, but it can be done while seated, as well.

Skip to the 1:11 mark here for a video demonstration.

Pull the knee toward the opposite shoulder. Stop when the back begins to round.

Don't rip too hard on it. Keep your pelvis on the floor.

Take deep breaths to access greater flexibility.
