Remember that NFL star who tore his ACL last season? No, not RGIII. We're talking Houston Texans' linebacker Brian Cushing. A mere eight months after his painful injury, the 6' 3", 260-pound University of Southern California alum is back performing amazing feats. For proof, watch the above video of a 52-inch Box Jump from a seated position that Cushing recently performed during a workout at DeFranco's Gym (no relation to the author) in New Jersey.
This speedy recovery should excite Texans fans (and cause some nervousness among backfields in the AFC South).
