There are hamstrings, and then there are ham-ropes.
Jalen Camp has some heavy duty ham-ropes. In a recent viral video, Camp, a rising senior wide receiver at Georgia Tech, showed off his jaw-dropping hamstring strength during a set of Nordic Hamstring Curls:

Anyone who's ever attempted the exercise knows how ridiculous that is. For some context, here's how Nordic Hamstring Curls typically look, courtesy of strength coach Mike Robertson:
And most people can't even lower themselves that far. The load on your hamstrings increases exponentially the closer to parallel your torso becomes, so the vast majority of athletes can only lower themselves forward a foot or so before gravity wins out and they have to fall forward. For Camp to lower that far with that much control and then return to the starting position without ever needing to touch the ground while also having a chain around his neck for extra weight is just bonkers.
Kudos to Camp for his absolute domination of one of STACK's favorite hamstring exercises.
