A year ago, we wrote about the Dallas Cowboys using some curious (and arguably outdated) strength training and stretching techniques.
With 2015 training camps in full swing, Cowboys practices are again the subject of intrigue, this time in the form of Jason Witten wearing what appears to be a ball bag over his head:

We can't say how well this will translate to play on the field, but at least it's keeping things interesting for NFL fans while they wait for the season to start. And hey, the Cowboys went 12-4 last season, and if were not for a controversial call overturning a Dez Bryant "catch," they could have been playing in the Super Bowl.
So something is working. We're just not sure what it is.
