Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant is finally back on the practice field. After a tough 2015 season that was riddled with injury, Bryant is looking to have a bounce-back 2016 season. The only thing that he has to do is knock off the rust.

The two-time Pro Bowler is looking forward to staying healthy for the entire season, but playing only nine games last season seems to have affected him. At a recent Cowboys' training camp practice, his hands failed him. His great hands helped him become an elite receiver, a guy who could make incredible catches.
But in the video below, you will see Dez struggling to catch footballs from a JUGS machine.

To be fair, Dez is standing close to the machine, which is launching footballs at a very high velocity. If anything, it shows how impressive his hands are when he does make a catch. This is a good drill to improve hand strength and catching ability, but you may not want to stand so close, because it could injure your fingers.
