It's SEC Championship Saturday, which means emotions are running high and, as usual, a team from the SEC East is trying to figure out how to stop Alabama. This year's challenger is the Florida Gators, who sit at 8-3 and look to give the Crimson Tide their first loss of the season. They got off to a fast start, too, scoring a touchdown on the first drive of the game, then forcing a 3-and-out on Alabama's ensuing possession.

Gators linebacker Jarrad Davis was so excited about stopping 'Bama, who are immense 24-point favorites in this game, that he launched his helmet at a team whiteboard situated behind Florida's bench, smashing a huge hole smack dab in the center of it.

Judging by his Twitter account, David appears to be a big fan of studying social media and its uses by brands and businesses. He had to know that his helmet-throwing stunt would go viral, so maybe it was a ploy all along. Maybe he was hiding team secrets written on the board. Or maybe stopping the vaunted Alabama offense is simply sufficient cause to make one crazy.
