In less than 24 hours, the long-awaited Halo 4 will be released. Fans are excited for the game's visually stunning graphics, stellar soundtrack, and new sandbox feature. (Remember when Halo 4 was announced? We do!)
In an attempt to keep the Halo franchise alive and well, Halo 4 masterfully accomplished two goals; one, it reexamined the game's inherent gender issues, and two, it made technical improvements. Also, the game adds new depth to the characters—who are no longer just first person shooting surrogates. Many expect that Microsoft created a cooler environment in the Xbox Live social arena. The game's new engine gives characters appropriate coloring, allows them to move about with greater realism, and synchronizes characters' speech with mouth movement.
The game will be available tomorrow, Nov 6. Most online sites are taking orders already, promising to ship as soon as they receive them. Amazon is offering a $10 pre-order video credit. Halo 4 is expected to boost sales for the Microsoft's 360S Game Console—a 360S bundle comes with 320 GB and a complimentary copy of Halo 4.
