UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon "Bones" Jones, recently recovered from a leg injury, is preparing for his fight against Daniel Cormier in early January 2015.
Jones worked out with bantamweight UFC fighter Holly Holm alongside wrestling coaches Israel "Izzy" Martinez and Mike Benefiel. Their outdoor workout included a grueling, steep uphill sprint, in what appears to be some type of concrete valley in the desert.
