To show you what not to do, each week STACK brings you a moment from the weight room or sports field gone horribly wrong.
Your gym has a Lazy Guy. With his tight t-shirt, sweet shoes and huge protein shake, Lazy Guy certainly looks like someone who's ready to work hard. But he spends his entire time in the gym stretching his arms, rolling his neck, spotting his bros and asking girls if they "need some help with that." Two hours later, he leaves without a single drop of sweat on his body.
However lazy your Lazy Guy is, we can assure you that he has nothing on these people.
A true renaissance man, this guy is exercising his brain AND body at the same time.
"What did you do at the gym today, Rudy?"
"The usual. Bench Press. Some Curls. The Beached Whale."
"I'm not familiar with that last one."
We like to think that this particular 24 Hour Fitness is filled with nothing but rows and rows of StairMasters.
Not going to lie, if we had a Segway, this is probably what we'd be doing too.
There's a magical age somewhere in the 75 to 85 range when you can do literally anything, and nobody is allowed to question it. Many people waste these golden years. This woman, bless her heart, does not.
