Urban Meyer's high-powered spread offense is not the only Florida import coming to Ohio State football. The former Florida Gators head coach is also bringing "the juice" from the Sunshine State to the Buckeye State.
First introduced to us last summer by Gators legend Tim Tebow, "juice" the new buzzword in Columbus, as depicted in ESPN's "Ohio State All Access" series.
In the latest episode, several players describe the juice phenomenon and how its essential spirit is squeezing new life into the storied Buckeye program.
"Juice is like an energy, an excitement," says senior linebacker Etienne Sabino. "It runs in your blood; either you have it or you don't."
Junior defensive lineman Johnathan Hankins weighs in: "You've got to be pumped, you've got to have energy at all times. It's addicting. Once somebody says 'juice,' the whole team is going to say 'juice.'"
