Over the past few weeks, we've been working to provide you with new content from some of the world's most elite runners, and we now proudly announce the launch of STACK's New Balance Running channel.

The channel showcases more than a dozen videos on running-related topics, among them running as a lifestyle, overcoming injuries and advice for young runners going through the college recruiting process. The videos include interviews with Olympic and professional athletes who currently run with Team New Balance [see the video above].

Also, the channel features Grant Robison, who represented the U.S. in the 1500m at the 2004 Athens Olympics, talking to STACK about Good Form Running. In a series of videos, Robison thoroughly explains four key points of a proper running motion—posture, striking with the midfoot, cadence and lean. His methods can be applied to any sport that involves running. So regardless of what sport you play, or where you are in your training, his advice will keep your running efficient and reduce the risk of injury.
