Eyes
Visualize the pitcher releasing the ball. Track it with your eyes while keeping your head still.
Feet
Your front foot should stride forward slightly, "loading up" for your swing.
Hands
Your hands should move up and back, stopping just in front of your armpit. "The hitter has to feel the pause as he gets into the power position," Sanchez says. "The coach may not necessarily see it."
