We have a hard time believing that 11 seasons of Spike TV's The Ultimate Fighter (aka TUF) have been released. It doesn't seem too long ago that season one light heavyweight finalists Stephan Bonnar and Forrest Griffin were battling in what many have called the greatest UFC fight ever (check out the highlights).

TUF has gone on to produce some of the best and most popular fighters in MMA, including Griffin, Kenny Florian, Diego Sanchez, Rashad Evans and season 12 coach Josh Koscheck. Coming into season one's competition, Koscheck had very few MMA skills but, as a former Division I champion in the 174-lb. weight class, was an exceptional wrestler.  (Read Mixing MMA Training and Wrestling: Advice from Coaches and Parents.) Through hard work and extreme determination, Koscheck has put himself in position for a rematch this December against rival season 12 coach Georges St. Pierre (aka "GSP") for the UFC welterweight title. The competition will be fierce, as GSP is a talented mixed martial artist, whose focus and dedication to training and nutrition are respected and admired by many professional athletes.

Although we look forward to the lightweight bouts by season 12 contestants, we're also excited to get an inside look at both Koscheck's and GSP's training methodsand to see how successfully they fare as MMA coaches.

Sit back and enjoy the following TUF 12 preview. The Ultimate Fighter Season 12 premieres Sept. 15 on Spike TV.
