These Photos Got Lakers' Guard Alex Caruso Randomly Drug Tested By the NBA

Last week, photos of the 25-year-old Los Angeles Lakers guard looking like the Incredible Hulk emerged. But there was a catch.

Alex Caruso doesn't necessarily look like your average NBA player, but the dude can ball.

Last week, photos of Caruso looking exceptionally jacked emerged online. The man who's listed at 6-foot-4, 186 pounds suddenly looked like an NFL middle linebacker:

But as you might've already guessed, those shots were photo-shopped. This is what the original photos looked like.

The fact the photos were digitally-altered didn't stop the NBA from giving Caruso a "random" drug test this week:

"Last week: photoshopped weight room pic of me surfaces on social media," Caruso wrote on Instagram. "This week: random offseason drug test".
