Three Hamstring Stretches

1. Touch Your Toes! Stand with feet together, bend at waist, reach for your toes; hold for 20-30 seconds.

2. One Atta Time! Keeping one foot flat on floor, place heel of other foot on raised object [e.g., chair or bench] with leg straight; hold for 20-30 seconds; switch.

3. On the Floor! Sit with one leg straight and other bent, with bottom of that foot placed against thigh of straight leg. Reach for toes of straight leg; hold for 20-30 seconds; switch.
