It's been nine weeks since Cinco de Mayo, when John Wall had surgery on both his right knee (to remove loose particles) and his left (to remove calcium deposits); and the Washington Wizards guard has been fairly quiet during his recovery process.

Per CSN's Chris Miller, we finally have some visuals showing how Wall's rehab is progressing, and it looks like he's doing just fine. In the video above, Wall performs a Single-Leg Balance Dumbbell Punch and a Dumbbell Overhead Reach, two moves meant to build his lower-body strength and enhance his balance.
Wall missed the beginning of the 2012-2013 NBA season with knee problems, and he's been plagued by leg injuries for much of his career. With these off-season surgeries, the hope for Wall is that his explosiveness will never again be hindered by lagging knee issues.
