After a long day of slinging passes at practice with the New Orleans Saints, how does Drew Brees like to unwind?

By coming home and throwing even more passes—albeit to some slightly smaller targets.

The star quarterback recently posted a video of him running a rapid-fire drill in his living room with kids Rylen, Bowen, Baylen and Callen:

"My wife must really love me...she gets the kids fed, bathed, quiet and ready for bed...then Dad walks in the door and….," Brees writes in the caption.

A more energetic man you will never meet. In addition to his four kids, a laser-focused training regimen has helped keep the 39-year-old Brees young in both body and mind.
