WWE superstar John Cena is not only a beast in the ring, but also in the weight room. Whether it's a 440-pound Bench Press or a huge Squat, the face of the wrestling world is always putting up big numbers in the gym. But the latest lift by the 16-time World Champion was special.
Cena turned 40 on Sunday. But unlike most of us, he didn't take his birthday off to celebrate. Instead, he hit the gym and deadlifted a massive amount of weight—602 pounds to be exact. Not many 40-year-olds could do this, but Cena is not average.

As you can see, Cena didn't struggle at all with the lift, but what else would you expect from the "Babe Ruth of WWE."
"Hustle Loyalty Respect" is not just an expression, it's the measure of the man. Happy birthday to the Babe Ruth of WWE, @JohnCena.
