Before every game for the past 14 years, Marvin Williams has eaten the same thing.

Grilled salmon, white rice and broccoli.

If that was unavailable, the Charlotte Hornets forward might just go hungry.

"I've been eating the same thing for 14 years," Williams told The Athletic.

"I just think over time it feels the best for my body. I'd rather not eat than eat something different because I just don't know how I'm going to feel out there. I don't do it for superstition. I know what I like."

There's some wisdom in that quote from Williams. The last thing you want to eat before a game is something you're unsure of how your stomach will respond to!
