Daniel Flahie

Daniel Flahie is currently the Instructor of Exercise Science & Health and volunteer assistant track & field/strength coach at Mount Marty College (Yankton, South Dakota). Daniel holds BS and MSEd degrees in exercise science and is currently pursuing a PhD in Health & Human Performance. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Speed and Agility Coach (CSAC), Functional Movement Screen Level 1 (FMS), Y- Balance Test (YBT), and Reflexive Performance Reset Level 2 (RPR) Certified. Daniel has over six years of experience as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach. He has worked with all age groups, including high school and collegiate athletes. Daniel’s work has also appeared in the Nebraska Coaches Magazine and the NSCA's personal training quarterly. He also co-hosts The Die Healthier podcast.
