Julian Rosen

Julian Rosen is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who trains athletes and general fitness clients at the Under Armour Performance Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Julian also is the Head Strength Coach and Exercise Program Director for the Catch A Lift Foundation, a non-profit that helps wounded veterans enrich their lives through exercise.

Before making strength and conditioning his career, Julian was a collegiate football player at Dickinson College as well as a member of the National Cadet Greco-Roman (Ohio) wrestling team. Julian specializes in overall strength and athletic development, and has years of experience directly working with contact-sport athletes (football, wrestling).
