N'Namdi Nelson specializes in athlete development training and injury prevention, with a focus on football, baseball, basketball, and track and field. Nelson was a board member on the exercise physiology club during his undergrad, and currently works in the research department at La Palestra. As a former college track athlete and semi-professional football player, Nelson understands what athletes go through to play at an elite level. He has worked with athletes who play in the NFL, NBA and NCAA, and has prepared several athletes for the Combine. He holds certifications from NSCA, NASM and AFAA.
