Regan Quaal


Regan Quaal is a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Belmont University and the owner/creator of Masq Training. He's also worked with the Men's and Women's hockey teams at the University of Minnesota under the guidance of Cal Dietz. He started his career at Georgetown University as an Assistant Sports Performance Coach while also being a Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Episcopal High School. He has experience working with nearly every collegiate sport and is constantly searching for ways to help athletes reach there maximum potential.
