Workouts Articles

Elite athletes perform workouts designed to improve their overall athletic performance—strength, speed, conditioning and flexibility. To gain muscle strength, size and power, they perform weightlifting, bodyweight and other resistance-based workouts. To improve speed, agility and quickness, they complete workouts featuring explosive exercises [e.g., Box Jumps], and sprinting and reaction drills.
